Now we tackle what happens when the loan process gets derailed – Snowed in.
We will be proactive in letting you know when we are stuck somewhere in the process. The biggest challenge that we run into in getting loans closed on time is clients not getting us what we need in a timely fashion.
The most important thing you can do to assure that we close your loan on time is to respond to our requests for signatures and/or documentation within two business days. We will call you when we need something. We will also follow up the call with an e-mail detailing what is needed from you.
Clients that work quickly to do their part usually close on time. Make sure you’re not the one who delays getting you into your new home just as soon as possible.
